PASS applications are accepted.
Funding Priorities
The following criteria must be satisfied for a proposed project to be funded:
- The project must address local needs benefiting the Andover community.
- The applicant must have a specific artist, date and venue.
- The project must satisfy ADA (American with Disabilities Act) requirements.
- The project budget must be balanced and realistic.
- The project must be able to proceed with partial funding.
- How does the project foster community involvement and support?
- Describe the diversity of your artists and target audience (age, culture, ethnic background and artistic discipline).
- What is the size of the intended audience?
- What educational value does the project bring to the audience?
- Describe all collaborations between schools, cultural groups and/or community organizations?
- Is this the first request for funding? (New projects receive higher preference.)
- What are the qualifications of the applicant or performer?
- Grants will be awarded only to school groups.
- We do not fund transportation for PASS grants.
