Belchertown Cultural Council Guidelines Checklist
You must follow all of the following guidelines, or your application will not be considered. Items are listed in a checklist format for your convenience.
- We require that the event will take place in Belchertown.
- We require that all applicants include a letter of support/confirmation from all sponsoring organization/s.
- Type all applications. Standard LCC Grant Application Forms are available on-line at http://massculturalcouncil.org/applications/lccapp.pdf
- Give both daytime and evening phone numbers of the contact person.
- Please send SEVEN COPIES OF THE APPLICATION. Please send only ONE SET OF SUPPLEMENTAL MATERIALS. If you would like your supplemental materials returned, please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with proper postage.
- Drop off all applications to the Selectmen's Office at the Finnerty House, One South Main Street, Belchertown or send to: BCC, P.O. Box 670, Belchertown, MA 01007
- You must follow all of the guidelines, or your application will not be considered.
- APPLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED/POSTMARKED BY OCTOBER 15.
