Funding Priorities
The purpose of the Blackstone Cultural Council is to support local public programs that promote access, education, diversity and excellence in the arts, humanities and interpretive sciences in Blackstone. Preference will be given to Blackstone performances, events, artists and organizations based in Blackstone.
Successful proposals will demonstrate a clear benefit to Blackstone residents for programs or projects that take place in and/or are specifically related to the culture and history of Blackstone.
