Funding Priorities
The East Longmeadow Cultural Council emphasizes funding of projects that provide and encourage cultural activities that will strenthen the community and enhance public education by making cultural programs meaningful and accessible to the residents of East Longmeadow. Preference is given to local (East Longmeadow or Hampden County-based) artists. The ELCC seeks to provide grants to programs that will serve all segments of East Longmeadow - children, teens, adults, families, seniors and disabled. The ELCC gives priority to funding events that are held in venues that comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
