Next we'll discuss the three types of grants that LCCs distribute: standard LCC grants, PASS grants, and LCC-originated grants. Just over $3 million was distributed in fiscal year 2008 through these grant programs. Each type of grant has a specific purpose and rules that govern its distribution.
