Funding Priorities

We favor local applicants with established venues or sponsors. We hope to fund arts-related projects whenever feasible, and encourage new applicants or projects of particular interest to our local community. When reviewing applicants we also consider local needs, community involvement, and diversity.

Local Guidelines

To apply, type and sign an application, then send three (3) copies to the Merrimac Cultural Council, Town Hall, School St., Merrimac MA, 01860. Projects that are accepted for funding must be completed within one year of receipt of our acceptance letter. Applications available at Merrimac Public Library and through this site.
