Local Guidelines
Applicants should read all of the Local Cultural Council Program Guidelines prior to filling out an application. www.mass-culture.org
The Monson Cultural Council local guidelines are:
1. Projects must benefit the residents of Monson, be clear in purpose, and reflect careful planning.
2. The project must be held between January and December of the year following the application submission. Example - Applications submitted October 15, 2012 must be for projects to be completed between January 1, 2013 and December 31, 2013.
3. A letter of support/commitment from the sponsoring organization, artist, or facility stating when the event is to be held is required.

Applications must be postmarked or hand-stamped (at the Monson Selectmen's Office, 29 Thompson St., Monson) by October 15, 2012; no exceptions to this rule will be allowed.
