Funding Priorities
Highest priority in the awarding of grants will be given to applications
(1) for activities that take place within the town of Wilbraham
(2) that are submitted by residents or organizations of the Town of Wilbraham, and
(3) a project date and venue has been secured.
Local Guidelines
The Wilbraham Cultural Council focuses on providing seed money for new cultural programs open to the public in town. Strong preference is given to artists and groups who have booked a program date and time with a local venue.
