Local Guidelines
Application forms may be picked up at the Town Manager's Office in Winchester Town Hall (second floor) at 71 Mt. Vernon Street, or obtained over the Internet from the MCC (see LCC application link below). Applications may be submitted to the Winchester Cultural Council, 71 Mt. Vernon Street Winchester MA 01890, or given to the Town Clerk at Town Hall.
The deadline for submitting an application is 15 October of every year. Applications will be not be considered if submitted or postmarked after the deadline! Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Please note that the following local guidelines govern applications to the Winchester Cultural Council:
- The project must have a direct benefit to Winchester residents.
- The project must have a Winchester sponsor.
- The Winchester Cultural Council should preferably not be the sole source of funding.
