The following criteria must be satisfied for a proposed project to be funded:

The applicant must have a specific artist, date and venue.
The project must satisfy ADA (American with Disabilities Act) requirements.
The project budget must be balanced and realistic.
The project must be able to proceed with partial funding.

How does the project foster Andover community involvement and support?
What is the diversity of your artists and target audience (age, culture, ethnic background and artistic discipline)?
What is the size of the intended audience?
What educational value does the project bring to the audience?
Are there collaborations between schools, cultural groups and/or community organizations?
Is this the first request for funding? (New projects receive higher preference.)
What are the qualifications of the applicant and/or performer?
