Local Guidelines

Pembroke Cultural Council evaluates grants using the following formula: Community Benefit 26% Community Involvement 20% Quality of Project 20% Financial Need of Sponsoring Body 15% Accomplishments of Sponsoring Body 10% Dedication of Sponsoring Body 9%
