Saugus Cultural Council

The Local Cultural Council (LCC) Program is the largest grassroots cultural funding network in the nation supporting thousands of community-based projects in the arts, humanities, and sciences annually. The program promotes the availability of rich cultural experiences for every Massachusetts citizen. The Saugus Cultural Council (SCC) seeks to enhance the quality of life for Saugus residents by promoting and funding community cultural activities through the funding from the Massachusetts Cultural Council. The SCC awards a number of annual grants to individuals and organizations that are submitted with clarity of purpose that serve broad segments of the community and contribute to the cultural vitality of the community as a whole.

News & Events

The Saugus Cultural Council will hold it's Public forum meeting on September 25, 2013 at 4:45 p.m. at the Saugus Public Library. All are welcome.
