Local Guidelines
Preference in securing a grant will be given to performers who have secured a venue for their performance. Publicity for the event will be the responsibility of the performer.
Events taking place within the Town of Spencer will be given prefernce.
Events must be completed within 12 months from receiving a grant. If an extension is needed the grant winner must contact the Council for approval.
