Local Guidelines
Applications must be typed, signed and submitted with 2 copies to the Windsor Cultural Council, 1890 Route #9, Suite 2, Windsor Mass. 01270.
Multiple applications originating from the same organization should be submitted together.
Relevant supporting documentation is encouraged.
