Palmer Cultural Council

Our mission is to allocate funds for community activities that benefit the greatest amount of residences. A high priority will be given to projects that address cultural equity, diversity inclusion and encourage community involvement and a diverse audience. Projects appropriate for youth, teens and families are highly recommended. Priority is also given to first time applicants.

FY24 Local Guidelines

The Palmer Cultural Council accepts grant applications that have fulfilled all the required information regarding the submitted performance, event, etc. A confirmed venue supported by documentation from the authorized person of the venue, a date, list of expenses, a detailed explanation of what the event will include, target audience, benefit to audience, estimated number of persons to be served, pictures to support the grant and/or reviews from previous performances and qualifications of the performer(s) in their area of interest.
