The Chatham Cultural Council (CCC) is a local organization that promotes excellence, education, and diversity in the arts, humanities, and interpretive sciences. We offer grants to improve the quality of life for all Chatham residents. Due to the Coronavirus and the social distancing measures that are currently in place, the council will give special weight to projects that can be livestreamed, recorded, and/or viewed online. We welcome all applicants.

LCC Program Guidelines

In order to apply for an LCC grant, applicants must meet all eligibility and criteria requirements of the LCC Program.

Council Priorities

Amount Available for Granting in FY 2021

$4,800

All applications must be completed online.

All applications for grants benefiting local schools, libraries, and other municipal venues should include a letter of support. For school venues, applicants must contact the principal or the teacher(s) and provide a contact name if different from the applicant, and letter of support for the grant. Be sure that all contact information is clear.

Applications benefiting Chatham organizations must include a specific date and venue with a letter of support from the organization.

Programs and projects should be available to the general public, primarily in Chatham, whenever possible.
